This Airbnb exceeded my expectations. It’s right off the Appalachian trail and super close to town. It’s such a comfy space to relax in after a day of sightseeing and hiking. The AC worked great, which was a nice relief after walking around in the sun all day. There’s a giant, beautiful walk-in shower and the bed is comfortable. They get a lot of the little things right like having a Roku and keyless entry, which made for a convenient stay. We loved spending some time in the little front yard eating snacks and drinking beer. We even saw some deer and foxes on the property! Parking is easy (right in front, like two steps from the entrance) and made unpacking/packing the car a breeze. The town itself is as close as you’ll get to time traveling. If you’re a history buff, this area is perfect. Good food if you do a bit of research in the area. I’m so happy we stayed here and would definitely do it again!
